Refund policy

Returns

As stated clearly at the point of purchase and elsewhere on our website, we only accept returns for items with manufacturing defects. Every pair of shoes we make is inspected at the factory. We also carefully inspect every pair after printing, and we send you a link to the video of this being done. In the event that there is a manufacturing defect, we will happily print a replacement.

We do not offer returns for any other reason. Our products are personalised and customers have an unlimited range of designs from which to choose and to create one's own. As is standard retail practice, no returns are allowed on such products as we cannot re-sell them.

We provide clear instructions on how to measure your feet accurately in order that you order the right size. We therefore do not accept returns for reasons of size.

Damaged goods and incorrect items

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can make it right.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, please contact us at support@spirit-footwear.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Unit 10, Woods Browning Industrial Estate, Respryn Road, Bodmin, PL31 1DQ, United Kingdom.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and will let you know if the refund was approved or not as soon as possible. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@spirit-footwear.com
